These two cuties picked out their own Sunday clothes today and also put them away after church; hung them up and everything!! These two are loving church lately. Kingston loves Primary, especially singing time, and Maycie loves nursery and being one of the "big kids" in there now. Maycie is such a good big sister to Kasen in nursery, and both Kasen and Maycie love going to get Kingston from his Primary class at the end of church.
Today we had a great time with great friends. Our friends Ryan and Kristan Naylor recently bought a boat and were kind enough to take us and our kids out for the day on it. The kids LOVED it and loved tubing! The lake is so shallow that I didn't worry too much about them getting in the water(with us holding them with a life jacket on of course), plus it was really warm so the kids loved it. They kept wanting to get in every time we stopped to switch riders. This only confirmed to Jess that he wants to get a boat and be a boat family, I am not quite sure I'll let that one come true. ;) Kingston also loved watching Daddy wake board and thought he was so cool, Maycie loved driving the boat, and Kasen loved chowing down on all of the snacks the whole time!
For date night tonight, Jess took me to Ross and picked out a dress for me, then we went to Olive Garden for dinner, followed by some treats at the Little Chocolateers shop. This man is nothing short of too good to me! :)
Tonight I literally teared up when the photographer showed me our pictures! We went to Camera Shy at Gardner Village to get some pictures of the kids and it went ten thousand times better than I could have ever imagined. Kingston stole the show with his perfect smile and perfect posing. Kasen charmed us with his sweetness, and Maycie couldn't stop talking about princesses. I sure love this little family of mine!
Being young and already having two children, people often say to us that we run before we learn to walk... All we have to say to that is
"But man do we sure run in style!"
