I sure love this little guy, so for my first walk after delivery, you better believe it was to the nursery to visit him. I was so excited to see him get his blonde locks washed, and to show the nurses his silly toes. In delivery his toes were smashed and now the smallest two toes on both feet turn in towards the big toe. The doctor said it probably won't go back to normal, but that it shouldn't bother him because he will just be use to it from birth. Every time we had him in our room I had to be cuddling him. I figure this is one of the only times I'll be able to cuddle him without Kingston and Maycie begging me to help them.
When Kingston and Maycie came to visit their new little brother, they were all kisses; Kingston even had to take his shirt off to be like Brother. Kingston was constantly trying to share his juice with Brother, while Maycie just wanted to sit with Mommy and put the straw in and out of her juice. They loved looking at Brother in the nursery through the window, and loved taking him on walks even more. They already love their new little Brother after only a few hours.
We also got a surprise visit from two of his new little cousins. The Curtis family had 4 little boys born within 4 weeks of each other. Beckett(right) was born 4 weeks before, Jase(not pictured) was born 3 weeks before, and Quintin(left) was born just 6 days before our little man. They all live within about 1 mile of each other so they will most likely be on all of the same sports teams, in the same classes, and will hopefully be the best of friends.
