Our baby is officially one year!! It feels like we blinked and that year was gone! Haizlie is the most easy going, happy, and loving little one year old I've ever met. This girl sleeps 14 hours or more at night and takes a 3 hour nap during the day! She still isn't eating baby food because of food allergies, but she is drinking formula and has started eating some table food with her 4 bottom teeth and 2 top teeth. She is definitely our chunk, and from the time I sent out her birthday invite to 4 weeks later at her check-up, she gained almost 2 pounds! She is currently 29 inches tall (42%), weighs 20 pounds 13 ounces (65%), and has a head circumference of 17.75 (54%). She's very healthy and has no lasting side effects from her illnesses while being in the hospital. She is our little parakeet and copies a lot of words right now. She says: "Dada", "Mum", "No-No-No", "dan-dan-dan"(dance), "dow"(down), and does baby sign for "more".
Our little nuggets birthday fell on Easter this year, so we celebrated it the day before so she could fully have the spot light. Her party was themed "Whimsical ONEderland" so we had lots of flowers, treats, and an Easter egg hunt. A lot of her cousins were able to come, and even some of her friends. She was a champ and posed for almost every picture, and had a blast with her cake smash and Easter egg hunt. I wish I could do this day all over again!
