Japan!!

We had an absolutely AMAZING time in Japan this week! Thanks to Brett and Corey Curtis, we even got business class on the way to and from. So even though the flight from LA to Tokyo was 12 hours, I felt like a princess with the champagne glass of orange juice, three course meals, completely flat bed, free movies, and 9 hours of great sleep! But that was only the beginning of a wonderful week in Asia for our first time. When we got to Tokyo, we found the most amazing hotel(basically an apartment), that was so cheap! From the gold doors, complimentary make up remover, and lighted/noise making/heated toilet, this definitely continued the princess feeling for me.

I loved the city of Tokyo; you can be in the middle of hundred foot skyscrapers and turn the corner into a beautiful Japanese temple. It would be hard to go through your day feeling so stressed and not notice the beauty around every corner.

I can guarantee that if you asked Jess what the coolest part of our trip was, he would say climbing Mount Fuji. Everyone was geared up from head to toe, and Jess was in jeans, a wind breaker, and his tennis shoes, yet he still pushed himself and made it to the top. I stayed at the bottom at "Base Camp", in a pod which is basically a 2 1/2 foot by 6 foot hole in the wall for you to lay in. However, I too had a great time just reading my book. :) But honestly, check out how amazing these views are and how handsome my husband is!
